At Akazx, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair return and refund process. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when requesting a return, refund, or exchange.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items:
Items specifically marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

4. Return Process (Authorization Required)

To initiate a return:

  2. Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days
  3. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the correct return instructions and address

Important:

  • Returns must be authorized before being sent
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any address listed on the package

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or ordering error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, Akazx will cover the return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not charge any restocking fees.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Partial Refunds may apply if:

  • The item is returned in a used or damaged condition (not due to our error)
  • The return is incomplete (missing parts, packaging, or accessories)

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  3. Contact your bank

8. Exchanges

We only offer replacements for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund
